U17 and U19 IPC Beach Programme
VBOP will be selecting 6 teams in each gender and age group for the 2025 IPC Beach Volleyball competition taking place in Janurary 2025.
Trial Details
Player Registration Link
Date: 7th and 8th of December 2024.
Location: Mount Maunganui Main Beach by Commons Ave toilet block.
Trial cost: $50 per player. You do not need a partner to trial!
Age Group Criteria:
- U17 athletes - born in 2009 or later - can't turn 17 in 2025.
- U19 athletes - born in 2007 or later - can't turn 19 in 2025.
Please bring appropriate clothing for the trial as well as sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and food/water.
Payment for the trial must be made by the 7th of December. If we do not recieve your payment by then, you will not be allowed to trial.
Training and Tournament Details
The below information is for athletes who get selected to be in the squad which will compete at the tournament in early 2025.
Training camp dates:
- 12th and 13th of December, Mount Maunganui Main Beach.
- 9th and 10th of January 2025, Mount Maunganui Main Beach.
Tournament dates: 14th, 15th and 16th of January 2025, Mount Maunganui Main Beach.
Trainings and tournament fees: $200 per player.
You will be notified if you make the squad. The $200 fee is only due once you have been selected and we will set up a payment schedule for everyone.
No Pay, No Play
